Is my sticker waterproof?
Cast Merch stickers are water resistant NOT waterproof. This means they should only be handwashed.
Will my sticker survive outside in the elements?
Cast Merch stickers are NOT heat or UV protected. They are not intended for outdoor use.
Shipping Policy
Do you have free shipping?
All orders over $5 will have free shipping automatically applied at checkout. Our stickers always ship via untracked USPS First Class letter mail.
When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but we are a very small team. Processing times are typically between 2-4 weeks. If you need your order sooner, please contact us before making your purchase. We will do what we can to ensure you recieve your order in time.
How many days will it take for my order to reach me after it has been shipped?
Once an order has shipped, you can expect arrival within 3-8 business days. Shipping may take longer if USPS is experiencing delays.
How do I track my order?
To keep shipping costs nonexistent for you, Cast Merch ships stickers in regular envelopes without a tracking option. If you do not recieve your order within a month of purchase, please contact us.
Do you ship outside of the continental US?
We are currently only able to ship within the US. If you live elsewhere, and would really like to make a purchase, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

What is your return policy?
Because the items you purchase are made to order, we cannot accept returns unless something went wrong with your order before it reached you.
What do I do if my order arrived and there is something wrong with it?
While we do our very best to ensure all orders are perfect, mistakes can happen. When they do, we want to make things right! If you receive the wrong order or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the order. We apologize for the inconvenience, and will be in touch!
